Our Housekeeper, Maria Jesus and her loyal team of maids provide a high standard of MAID SERVICE, in accordance with our customer's personal needs and preferences.

The hours for cleaning required are dependent upon the owners’ wishes and the varying circumstances, we can always discuss your individual requirements with you in order to provide a comprehensive service catered towards you and your guests.

In preparation for your ARRIVAL the property is given a thorough clean externally (inc. windows, shutters and terraces) and internally (lounge, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms).

When the property is OCCUPIED, the service includes dusting, sweeping, cleaning the floors, making the beds, cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen. 

Following your DEPARTURE, a couple of hours are normally sufficient to carry out  the cleaning of wc’s, stoves/ovens, stripping the beds and removing the towels for laundering, as part of our  LAUNDRY SERVICE, either in-house or taken to a specialised laundry.

In addition, they will also check that outside furniture and cushions are safely stored away.

Whilst the property is UNOCCUPIED we recommend that it is opened up, aired and cleaned for 1-4 hours per week, dependant on size of property.  However, housekeeping are always happy to accommodate everyone's wishes.
