POOL MAINTENANCE is provided on request, all year round.  Our comprehensive package includes three weekly visits when in occupancy, along with annual servicing of pumps, filters, pipes, valves, pressure washing and re-grouting of the pool and cleaning/painting pump room, when necessary.

We recognise that your swimming pool should be enjoyed by you and your family, therefore we ensure all our Technical Support Team understand the importance of maintaining the correct balances in your pool. They also check the pumps, heaters etc. to give your pool equipment longevity and value the importance of making sure the pool is cleaned thoroughly on each visit, including regular back washing.

Every owner will be allocated an individual with full responsibility for that property. We work on a first name basis with a familiar & friendly face and this helps to build a relationship and allows a 24-hour emergency interface with rapid response to every eventuality. 

                                                                                                                      

 

        

 

 

GARDEN MAINTENANCE

We are always happy to liaise with the owners' chosen landscaping and garden maintenance company, making monthly payments and reporting any concerns. 

JES Property Management work with the very best Gardeners, people who are either qualified or have worked with the "land" for many years. The best gardeners are experienced in gardening in hot climates, being aware of the particular problems this can bring and therefore are able to provide the most suitable solutions.

We will help to maintain your garden at its best, no matter what the Season.
